Please note: the "new" icon on products indicates that the item is newly added to our catalog and does not mean the product is brand new.

Shipping

We ship orders using trusted local and international carriers including PostNL, DPD, and DHL.

Shipping costs are included in the purchase price and are calculated based on a preset weight for each product.

Returns are accepted; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to an error on our part.

If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, please report this immediately via info@thehiddenones.store. We will coordinate with the shipping company to resolve the issue.

If your order is sent incorrectly by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
